Join Gaby Colletta RYT 500 and Carolyn Wang RYT 200 in this 3-hour workshop to discover & deepen your practice. Beginner and practicing yogis - all welcome. Together we will explore the foundations of Yoga. Learn the origins of the practice and understand the different schools of Yoga commonly taught. Discover the Yogic breathing of "Pranayama" and how to use your breath effectively to enhance your wellbeing. We will break down several Asanas/Postures and equip you with a solid basis to further your practice. Leave knowing safe alignment and appropriate modifications for your body.

Join in a journey to explore the relationship between Ayurveda & Yoga with an emphasis on cultivating rituals of self-care to ground high Vata - stress and anxiety. In this 3 our worskshop we will learn the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda as the Yogic medicine for creating holistic balance. Discover how to use Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Diet & Sensory Therapies to encourage more calm in your daily life. This is an introductory workshop - all levels are welcome. We will close with an hour-long grounding class illustrating the learned principles.
