Join Ayurvedic Health Counselor and 500 RYT Gaby Colletta for a six-week integrative course on the Ancient healing science of life. Explore the foundations of this 5000-year old medicine and learn how to work with the elements of nature to promote balance and longevity. Discover your Prakruti and understand your body-mind tendencies. Use sensory therapies to empower self-healing. Together, we will create a sustainable diet and lifestyle plan to promote optimal wellness for your unique constitution.

 

In this experiential course, we will heal and thrive through our senses. You will be tasting foods and herbs, creating personal aromatherapy blends, learning self-massage techniques for your Dosha, playing with Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks, using crystals for healing, practicing pranayama and meditation and creating a holistic plan for vibrant living. Ultimately this journey will guide you down a path of discovery, sacred self-care and self-love.

 

This course is open to the all. Whether you are new to Ayurveda + Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, a healing artist, or mental health professional looking to deepen existing wisdom, you will walk away with tools to empower your own self-healing and vibrant living.

Lakshmi Rising 200 Hr Teacher Training course

Lakshmi Rising School for Yoga and Wellness 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher Training Certification is an awareness-based practice that incorporates fluid sequencing and the full exploration of asana, bandhas, pranayama, mantra, meditation, ritual and intention. 

Gaby will be assisting Lead Teacher Liz Lindh and teaching lectures on the Nadi + Chakras, Ayurveda, Mindful Business, and Asana Inversions.

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old system of natural healing and the sister science to the ancient practice of yoga. These two work in tandem to help an individual achieve health + happiness in mind, body + spirit. 

Join for a seasonal yoga class designed to pacify Pitta Dosha for the hot summer months. Reconnect with your innate healing wisdom. Discover how to align your Asana practice with the season. Learn practical tips to integrate your daily rhythms with the cycles of nature.

Expect an afternoon of meditation, pranayama, lively discussion on Ayurvedic rituals of self-care followed by a cooling asana practice. Participants will receive a take-home yoga sequence and a cooling tea blend to pacify Pitta Dosha.
