New Moon Yoga NidrA: The art of subtle healing + manifestation

Join for an evening of ritual, intention-setting and meditation aligned with the energy of the New Moon. In this workshop, we will explore the Ancient practices of intuitive self-healing and conscious creation in the state of Yoga Nidra.  Yoga Nidra translates to “Yogic sleep.” Through meditation and vivid relaxation, we not only connect to the innate healing wisdom of our bodies but we also sow the seeds for what we call into being.
