MOVE WITH INTENTION
Classes are rooted in Vinyasa with an emphasis on self-exploration and expression. Inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda and the elements of Nature, each Asana Practice is designed with intention and purpose. We use the power of the breath to move through each pose in one fluid dance. Centered on an intention, drawing inspiration from yogis, philosophers, poets and thought leaders. Open to all levels, especially those who welcome a healthy challenge. Classes may include Pranayama, Asana, Meditation & Mantra. Let your mat be the place where you rediscover all that you are.
