A personalized and holistic practice for your body, heart and individual constitution. Whether you are a beginner seeking foundational instruction or a seasoned practitioner, the support of 1:1 attention is bound to deepen your practice.

Together, we work towards your desired goal.

What a session looks like: We always begin with a check-in and grounding mindfulness practice to harness our attention and presence together. Each session is unique to the practitioner. It may include a blend of healing embodiment practices to support what the yogi’s call ‘sthira and sukha’ or strength and ease. Modalities include Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Pranayama breathwork, guided meditation, self-massage acupressure, sound vibration and more.
