Myth of Balance

Balance is not a static state of being; it requires attention, tending and a subtle dynamic effort to tap into one’s stability. Challenge your concept of balance with a playful yet grounded flow. We begin with a slow warm-up and wrist love, bring up the heat with sun salutations, balance poses and core work and brave several opportunities to lean into the discomfort that is often required to create and sustain balance. Practice focuses on arm balancing, core, standing balance poses and hips.
