So Ham - I am That - Embodying Everything

In moments of self-doubt, comparison, or feelings of lack, we can get stuck in our small self. This is a practice of remembering one’s unbridled and limitless essence, in reclaiming our Self through the mantra of So Ham. So Ham is said to be the sound of the breath, it translates to “I am that” reminding us that we are the Universe in all its infinite and unconditional wonder.

What to expect: a vinyasa flow practice that offers grounding through hip opening postures such as warrior two, malasana and half moon, along with heart opening poses to prepare for our peak. Working towards: Chapasana | Bound Half Moon Pose with an optional surprise arm balance.
