Sukham Shoulder Ease

Can we invite greater sukham - a greater sense of ease and comfort - into our body, mind, and practice? This is a mindful vinyasa aimed to dissolve built up tension in the shoulders, melt away stress and to welcome allowing over forcing, and release over resistance.

What to expect: Shoulder opening, half binds, neck release stretches, chest opening and heart opening postures.

Suggested Props: 2 bricks
